Where to begin

If you are a designated team organizer, here are the steps to organize a team and join this years event, please give your team enough time to prepare and study for the events.
1) Review the event rules and become familiar with them (click here for rules)
2) Contact us to register yourself as a team organizer and we will send you all the information you need to begin planning for the event
3) Announce the event at your local church (click here for an announcement template)
4) Place a book order for the number of students you anticipate will join your team (if you’d like to order through our bookstore, click here)
5) Break down the books into segments that can be studied and reviewed weekly with the students. use the sample questions posted on this site as a study guide. Check the site frequently for updates to the sample questions
6) Register your students online before deadline (see details below)
7) Attend the Organizer’s conference (date & time TBD) (click here for audio recording and slides)
8) Attend the event! (Junior High event on Saturday, August 11, 2018, High School and College on Saturday, August 18, 2018)

Registration

If you received an email from info@spiritualfestivity.org with your registration information, click here to begin or continue your online registration.

Registration deadline for Junior High is 8/8 and 8/15 for High School and College.

Please look for an email from info@spiritualfestivity.org with registration information (only team organizers will receive registration email). Please contact us if you would like to register a new team. The registration fee for each participant is $20 and an additional $10 for the Individual Exam and is due on the day of the event by cash or check. Please make check payable to “St. George Coptic Orthodox Church”. Your prayers and financial support help us keep the event going, thank you!
